    i called united on sun. night with call back had to wait 20 mins.Usually very fast but used to be faster with cont.

    They got rid of the ability to have them call you without logging in with that form, but yes, that will work to have them call you as well.

    wow Dan this is gr8!!!
    i`m a (elite) premier member, tried calling all elite phone numbers old and new CO and UA everyone had a massage that the wait time is more then a 1/2 hour (even in the middle of the night)
    but this worked awesome, got a phone call right away, put me on hold for 3 min. and a human answered
    thanks again u r the best, saved my day (since this is a ticket that was just booked now for a flight in 2 1/2 hours from israel and i had a problem)
