Don’t Wait On Hold, Have Starwood Or United Call You!

Why wait on hold and try to find your way around a phone tree maze when you can have companies call your phone or talk to you over the web for free?

Click here to have Starwood call you

Click here to have United call you

The United line connects to the old Continental.com support desk, which has very helpful agents who have the ability to waive the phone booking fee for itineraries that can’t be booked online.  Plus there are rarely any hold times!

They got rid of the ability to have them call you without logging in with that form, but yes, that will work to have them call you as well.

[…] I've had luck calling in and having websupport issue tickets in issues like this. If you tell them the website won't let you book it online, they will usually waive the phone booking fee. This method keeps giving. I called 800UNITED1 and got an automated hang up as call volumes were too high due to the weather. This number got me through in less than a minute.
