Some times if you order multiple items in 1 order it won’t give you 20% off on all of the items but if you split it up to multiple orders you’ll get it. Be sure to check that you’re receiving your 20% off on all eligible items.

For those that want to use an Amazon gc for the remainder of the balance, this has worked for me, but only from a desktop view:
1) ensure that the amex with the mr points is your default method of payment
2) your gc balance in your account should already be loaded with the funds
3) by the checkout it will automatically use your gc balance, however it will still give you the option to use mr points for the purchase
4) go to the use points field, and enter .01 and click apply
You should be good to go.
