Delta announced today that they will reduce their capacity by 40%.

They’re currently seeing more cancellations than they are new bookings.

As part of that, they will suspend all flights to continental Europe for at least the next 30 days.

Flights to/from London will continue to operate for now. However it’s worth noting that President Trump just announced that the UK (and other countries) may be added to the list of countries where foreign nationals will be banned for travel to the US, in which case flights to London would likely be suspended as well.

As previously announced, flights to Israel are suspended through at least March 25, and will be extended if Israel extends its quarantine policy.

I had a flight on DL to Europe booked via MR points. I called Amex earlier this week and they gave me delta credit to use before the end of the year.

Any chance I can call back now and get a refund?

Do you get a cash refund if your flight is cancelled?
