If I have the Amex Hilton Honors card, can I still apply for and get the bonus for this Amex Hilton Surpass card?

How can I get Visa card to lock in Freedom bonus?

@Dan: Thanks. When I try to apply, there is the option to log in and then after logging in, I am given the option to “upgrade” my current HHonors card (with all the same benefits). Is it better to log in and upgrade, or apply without logging in? Is there a difference?
