Is there an added cost for the 911 or is it included?

Avi

You need to sign up to an e911 service via a third party. This is just the hardware.

Although the deal is dead, it’s $.99 a month for PunchAlert

I use the OBI202 for over 8 years – since living in Israel. It works well but a few things to keep in mind:
1. It doesn’t have proper outgoing callerID, so when I call, it shows up to others as the city of the phone number of my account
2. Incoming caller ID doesn’t always show the name, many times just shows the phone number
3. If my internet is down, my phones go down
4. Recently I’ve been having some trouble with it, it gets fuzzy randomly

But overall I’m happy to not be paying for phone service at all!
