Dan, my order for the touchpad has just been shipped at full price from PC Connenction. I have a print out of the 1 on sale showing it in stock. Would the chase price guarantee still work?

Just got my touchpad order confirmed for $168 from HP. Took some phone calls and persistence but HP is honoring my purchase and will be shipping in 3 wks. Couldn’t have done it without you Dan! (I bought it Sunday night when Dansdeals announced HP and barnes and nobles [B&N declined my order] were selling discounted touchpads)
So is my order from amazon was canceled I can order from HP at full price and have them match the canceled order price?
I bought from HP SMB site a couple weeks ago the targus leather case for 19.99 plus tax/shipping, came out to 26. It just shipped yesterday, so apparently they finally got them in stock, and from everything I read its better than HP’s.

It would be helpful for those of us who placed an order on the Dansdeals link (I’m assuming that’s what you did)on Sunday to let us in on how you accomplished this. When I called HP, they told me unless I purchased the touchpad directly from them before Monday 4.a.m. that weekend, they would not honor the order. Do tell.
If you’re buying the phone TouchStone for $8 dont forget that you need to buy the special back piece for ur phone as well.
