I ordered esterday with the lower SSD. Will they change it for me if I call them?
I called them and since it’s already in production they said the only way to do it would be to put in a “recall” so that it’s not delivered and then I need reorder separately. I used the 10% code which they said i can talk to the sales team to see if they will honor. It sounded like a hassle so isntead i asked if they will offer a discount on my current order since i feel gyped that it’s now avail with better storage for the same price. the rep got approval to give me a $25 discount which will be refunded to my card. I don’t really need the extra storage anyway since this is going to be for my kids to use so i’m happy with the discount.
