48 Pack Polar Bear Cooler For Just $83.27

The large 48 pack Polar Bear Cooler sells for $139.95 directly from the manufacturer, but it is currently sold out. It has excellent 4.6 star reviews on Amazon, but is sold out there as well.

It’s on sale for $97.97 from Camping World, plus save 15% off sitewide with code (Exp: 12/1 at 11:59pm EST): CYBER

That drops the price to just $83.27.

Shipping is free on $99 orders or free on $49 orders for Good Sam paid members. Otherwise, shipping adds $9.95, which is much less than what Polar Bear direct charges for shipping.

Or you can order 2 of these to get free shipping!

Also on sale is the 24 pack for $59.47 and the 18 backpack for $57.80.

I LOVE Polar Bear suitcases. As you probably know, I have a bit of a travel addiction. And while I enjoy a trip to Miami every now and then, I don’t dream about flying to Miami. I like exploring far-flung places like Longyearbyen, Palau, Tasmania, the Maldives, the Whitsunday Islands, or Antarctica! As a kosher observant Jew that means I have to bring my own food unless there happens to be a Chabad House Restaurant at my destination.

On trips less than about 15 hours, I just freeze food a few days before the trip and the food arrives frozen. But on longer trips, on trips when there can be weather that cancels a flight, or when the connections times are very tight or very long I pack my items in a Polar Bear suitcase.

Food that’s been frozen solid beforehand will stay frozen for a few days in a Polar Bear suitcase without any ice. If you add ice packs in the suitcase it will stay frozen for few days longer.

It truly opens up the world for anyone that needs to travel with perishables. The 48 pack is the largest size that they make. The trick to expand it is to fill it up with warm water and let it stand with water in it for half an hour or so. After that you should be able to fit about 50 pounds of food in it, depending on how well packaged the food is. For family travel, expect to need a couple of these.

• Waterproof Enduro outer shell
• Easy-access, wide-open zip top
• Keeps ice for 24+ hours in 100° heat
• FDA food-grade antimicrobial TPU double-coated nylon liner
• 1″ thick high-density insulation
• Side-release buckles double as bottle openers
• 4 heavy-duty tie-downs
• Adjustable padded shoulder strap
• Holds 48 12-oz. cans and a bag of ice
• Dimensions: 21″ x 13″ x 13″
• 2-year manufacturer’s warranty

Don’t get a popup for 10% for signing up. Any advice

Hi, What’s the best ice to use for these? I would rather not have melted ice make everything wet.
