Ordered 2 pairs of shoes for the price of one but they only mailed me one pair of shoes!! I just checked order confirmation, says 2 pairs, shipping confirm says 1 pair but with the price of 2. I hope customer service responds to me.

A number of them are either not available, limited sizes or no discount.
They cancelled my order saying it wasn’t in stock. Not sure why such a large company’s inventory system is broken.

still dont know how to get free return shipping ( i have an account with ecco)
A month later. I bought four, got three. order confirmation says I ordered 4, shipping confirmation says 3. They still have no one available to answer phones or online chat. Sent the email and received a reply like a previous poster.
Also, online it said we can return at a Jewish store nearby. I called the number it gave and the Jewish owner picked up. He said I was the second person to call this week, but that it’s not true. (He had a buying account with them, not returning). He was very upset his cell was online for everyone.
