Stay away from tax software if you are not a tax professional. Pay the $150 – $250 to a professional accountant to file your return. One small mistake can cost you thousands of dollars. As an accountant, I have this many times over. There is also advice which an accountant can give you especially if you receive 1099 on how to structure a business.
For most people who have a job and get a W2, it’s not big deal to use tax software like this. You are scaring people for no reason.

As one should also pay full 6% commission to RE agents all the time. Different strokes for different folks.
TT got us through fine since 1999 on both personal and business side of things. We even survived the dreaded TCMP that dove into every single line item rabbit hole. No findings.
