I used to be targeted for many of these offers on one of my accounts and on my prime account never targeted. I recently linked my prime account to the account that always used to get targeted and since then I am never eligible! I’m convinced Amazon does not target accounts that sign up for the discounted Prime membership – I’m on through Medicaid.. Would love to hear from others..

I get a “Balance Unavailable” statement where my available points/purchasing power should be for both the chase UR cards and my Amex MR card. Expanding the area states I am to contact Chase and Amex regarding my account status. There is no contact info for Chase, so I have no idea who to really contact. A number is provided for Amex. No sure what’s up with that.

I actually logged on to Amazon this morning and when looking to make a purchase, it said I could get 40% off up to $30 by using Citi points. I never activated, it was just there. And i haven’t been targeted in a long time either.

when I tried adding my sapphire preferred card to chase rewards program with amazon, I get this message, “We’re sorry, but something went wrong while enrolling your rewards account for Shop with Points”.
I believe I have successfully added it in the past, so it could be they unenrolled it for some reason, is there any way I can get it reinstated? is there a certain department to get in touch with?

I have several Chase cards and Amex cards, but in the past few years I was only targeted once.
Does the card have to be listed in Amazon specifically as the default payment method in order to be targeted?
