Update: More accounts have been targeted for this offer. Note that some accounts now have an offer that requires a 100 point ($0.80) minimum redemption, which slightly lowers the value of this offer as 100 points can be worth twice that amount with other redemptions.
If you have that offer, enter .80 at checkout to get to a 100 point redemption:
If you clip the “Activate now” coupon via this link it will tell you if you are targeted to get 30%, 40%, or 50% off, up to $10, $15, $20, or $30 off of anything sold from Amazon when you redeem 1 Chase Ultimate Rewards Point.
You can use this offer on multiple orders until you reach the max savings for your offer.
You may have to click activate from a mobile device to get the offer to save to your account.
After enrolling, just add items that are shipped and sold from Amazon to your cart. This won’t work for items sold by 3rd parties.
This offer expires 12/31/22 or when all offers have been redeemed.
Save on Amazon deals such as deals found here. Items must say shipped and sold by Amazon to qualify for these offers.
You can save on a pair of Apple AirPods 2nd Gen, Airport 3rd Gen, or Airpods Pro.
If you aren’t targeted you can try:
- Linking your Chase Ultimate Rewards card to your Amazon account
- Be sure to link your cards onto your primary Amazon account and on an Amazon Prime Free Household account, so that both accounts can get targeted.
- Try deleting your cards from your Amazon account and then enrolling them again.
- After linking your card, check back in a couple days to see if you have been targeted via the offer links above.
- If you have multiple Amazon accounts, you should try to save this offer to all of them before the offers fill up!
Both of our household accounts were eligible for this promotion.
- This will only work with Chase cards that earn Ultimate Rewards points, such as
- Chase Freedom Flex

- Chase Sapphire Preferred
- Chase Sapphire Reserve
- Chase Ink Cash
- Chase Ink Unlimited
- Chase Ink Preferred
This won’t work for Amazon gift card purchases, but it will work on gift cards for hundreds of stores found here.
This won’t work for Amazon gift cards, but it will work for 3rd party gift cards sold by Amazon.

- Abercrombie & Fitch
- American Eagle
- Bass Pro Shops
- Best Buy
- Carter’s/OshKosh B’gosh
- Dave & Busters

At checkout select the Ultimate Rewards card that you linked.
You may need to click “Change” by the credit card at checkout if it’s showing a different default credit card.
On the final checkout page click on “Apply rewards points” and enter .01 to use 1 point to save 1 cent. Don’t redeem more than 1 cent as you’ll only receive a paltry value of 0.8 cents per point. They’re easily worth double that!
If you want to pay with your Amazon gift card balance, you can try adding a new Amazon gift card of any amount at checkout. Or you can try adding items until the total exceeds your gift card balance. You can then delete items from your card and it should use your gift card balance for the items you want.
You can also try clicking the promo activation button again and going to checkout.

Targeted- thank you!
I’ve NEVER been targeted.
I “think” It’s because although I use it for just about EVERYTHING I purchase, I don’t carry a balance, ever.
I’m very curious to know, is there anyone out there that can prove my thoughts different?
Same. never targeted. tried deleting cards and reenrolling but nothing.
I was finally targeted for the Amex one but only got the 10%/$10
Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, you are not eligible for this invitation-only offer.
@dan 9.4 million chase!! Wow!! I really admire you!!
I used to be targeted for many of these offers on one of my accounts and on my prime account never targeted. I recently linked my prime account to the account that always used to get targeted and since then I am never eligible! I’m convinced Amazon does not target accounts that sign up for the discounted Prime membership – I’m on through Medicaid.. Would love to hear from others..
Sorry …. Think deeper. I pay full price and don’t get targeted either
Me too, never targeted
I’ve gotten targeted many times on a FREE trial so… no merit to that speculation
I get a “Balance Unavailable” statement where my available points/purchasing power should be for both the chase UR cards and my Amex MR card. Expanding the area states I am to contact Chase and Amex regarding my account status. There is no contact info for Chase, so I have no idea who to really contact. A number is provided for Amex. No sure what’s up with that.
This is the first time I’ve ever been targeted for this! Now to find something to buy with it lol
How does one know what the limit is on the offer?
I meant to ask how does one know what the max savings amount is for this offer (same question for Amex, Citi, Discover…). I was finally targeted by both Chase and Amex for the very first time. I used each offer once, then could not make either work again.
Is that first use the max savings amount?
Can i use it for subscribe and save items?
If yes, how ?
Targeted 50 percent off but minimum spend 100 points – Amazon catching on…
that is $.80 no brainer 🙂
I actually logged on to Amazon this morning and when looking to make a purchase, it said I could get 40% off up to $30 by using Citi points. I never activated, it was just there. And i haven’t been targeted in a long time either.
Shipping & Handling:$2.99
Citi 40% off:-$25.97
Total before tax:$41.99
Estimated tax to be collected:$2.79
finally got targeted for this the first time! Thanks
Love the 9mm points, but it doesn’t come near Dave Portnoys 45mm points.
The difference is that I use my points, to the tune of millions every year. 😀
You’re not earning interest by hoarding them!
True. Good point!! He never threw out a first pitch. He almost got to watch a football game with Roger Goodell.
worked! $10 on CSR, Thank you
I have several UR cards. worked on first, any chance would work for others?
Is the offer per account or per credit card? I have a few Chase UR in one Amazon account
The post says per amazon account
when I tried adding my sapphire preferred card to chase rewards program with amazon, I get this message, “We’re sorry, but something went wrong while enrolling your rewards account for Shop with Points”.
I believe I have successfully added it in the past, so it could be they unenrolled it for some reason, is there any way I can get it reinstated? is there a certain department to get in touch with?
thanks so much
any advice dan?
Can anyone PM a screenshot of the terms and conditions they’re seeing for the offer. If you can show amazon the terms and conditions if you’re not targeted, its possible that they’ll still match the offer. Thanks in advance!
I have several Chase cards and Amex cards, but in the past few years I was only targeted once.
Does the card have to be listed in Amazon specifically as the default payment method in order to be targeted?
This never seems to work on Subscribe & Save.
Unless I’m doing something wrong, it never gives an option to apply points at setup page… Am I doing something wrong?
Sweet!! Just scored a Chipotle gift card ($25) for $15. Thank you!!
Stop & shop GC have not been available on Amazon for a while.
