if i have an amazon promo credit and use it on a $50+ purchase (say i apply a $10 credit to a $50 purchase,ending up only paying $40 dollars plus the chase point) will this qualify for this offer?

any 1 else faced this prob.? the last few days when i’m trying to use my CC Points/Rewards it doesn’t let me do it, tried all my cards on file, when i’m on the page to choose payment option the amount of points still show up under each CC, but when i’m clicking on the specific CC it not showing up so i dont have the option to select any points, Any 1 knows what this means? I just tried with a different product & it worked BH, I never had this, I just bought on prime day an apple product & it worked fine, now it didnt work on a few of my (11) accounts (only checked few accounts by now), they stopped letting use points for apple products? you realized that before?
