For my dates that top room is no longer available, the one that is the sunset vila. I have the St Regis booked for 68k a night for OWB…
Rooms being equal, is the St Regis the better property?
The base OWB at the SR isn’t great. I’d take this sunset villa over the base OWB at the SR.
Did you pay 68k with the new Marriott points or with spg before marger cuz I just booked owb 4 nights for 680k so something doesn’t make sense for me

1. How tough is Chase SR with their trip cancelations if we cant go?
2. Booking anything above 2 guests (even in the large villas) removes promo price. Can more than the original 2 booked guests still stay at the hotel with us?

Booked with a cancelled credit card to avoid non-refundable penalties. Just got confirmation!
You may run the risk of them not allowing your reservation once they can’t charge anything to card. Not every hotel allows change of payment.

Weird – I wonder if this is a price error, or an intended special? It seems like a price error because of the price of all of the rooms being the same and so low- but the special on their site seems legit – saying it’s a 3 nights for the price of two special.

Submitted all paper to chase Insurance
It’s managed by a third party who exhausted us for a year , asking docs from chase Chase explained request unreasonable (re flight booking ) , seems they are either super low IQ or paid for pushing off claims , or both . after they exhausted us for a year no reimbursement for a claim. I am disappointed with chase who hire such incompetent administrator, any chase CEO contact to report ?
So guys, don’t rely on chase insurance protection

I just spoke to the hotel. It does not sound like they will honor it. They should have final word by management today/tomorrow
Spoke to a Manuel at reservation and he said that they need to discuss with Accor to see what to do as in their system it shows that the reservation is canceled
i called Accor and they said everything looks fine on their end
