This is how you redeem your code. After u sign up, log in. Next , tap the top left for the menu , then click redeem code. FYI, If you don’t see redeem code in the menu that means, the revel system is slow to sign u in properly. It’s going to take time till revel signs u in properly. One way to know your not signed in properly if you don’t see your name on the revel app. Good luck.

If you’re not currently in an area they work with. So if you’re in some places in Brooklyn, you will be out of the area, so it doesn’t seem to give you an option to book. Also, I believe their are time restrictions as well, so that could be blocking it

For all those having trouble signing up:
Hydo! You follow rabbinical guidance and you have a filter on the device, but due to the fact that the filter is like a VPN, & all traffic from all filtered devices are coming from the same IP address, they blocked the IP as spam.
Only solution is to sign up via an unfiltered device (you can sign up thru a desktop), then you’ll be able to login in the app

Know before you go: you can only reserve or park mopeds within designated zones. Zoom into each city on all to see exact area. Some half blocks are out of zone, eg, lots of avenues in Brooklyn. I’ve hopped on a revel and driven 4 miles to realize I need to park 4 blocks from my destination…

Given how few moped lesson slots are available, it seems to me that using this for Revel mopeds won’t work for most all of those recent Revel accounts that haven’t yet had a Revel moped lesson.
Between that and their cutting back in DC, I would guess that the company is under a good deal of financial pressure to clean up by right-sizing or wind down.
What state are you in? In CA there’s no lesson. You just jump on even with a standard drivers license. CA has the most people so most of the recent accounts will work.
How does Revel do the drivers license verification for moped rentals? Only in-person in NYC?
No idea about NY but in CA you just upload it when you register and voila you can hop on. Everything is easier in CA when it comes to tech.

Are you able to spoof your location data? They may require location data be fed from the device/connection used for the apps before you can book what you want to give someone else.

This is like a marketing campaign for revel.

Has anyone tried to use Revel today? Did it deduct from the free credit?
Credits were visible on the app. After I took the ride, they disappeared and my card was charged. After contacting revel support, the only gave me promo credits for the amount of ride. Do I have a case for a chargeback?
