Did you receive all the credits on multiple cards? I signed up using the Reserve and made an order and received the $15 credit. Then I also ordered and paid with the Freedom Unlimited but did not receive any credit even though it says there is a quarterly credit.
Same. They said to reach out after statement close.
My statement closed already on August 15 for that charge which was on the 5th. I will reach out to them and see what they say.
I followed up after statement close and they said the charge is ineligible because it was “powered by instacart” which is false because it was an exact replica of the order made with the reserve card. So I replied saying that, and I got a long response telling me they can’t honor it because it wasn’t eligible and it wouldn’t be fair to other customers if they only honor mine and also that they value my feedback blah blah blah. Doesn’t look like they’re going to honor this, only for the card that you used to sign up for the membership.
