Today i tried to order 2 senior tickets on 11/19/2023 to tel Aviv and back 12/3/2023.flights 002 and 001. I can’t find it.
It ended yesterday.
Same happened to me. I couldn’t figure this deal out.
I booked flights a couple of weeks ago with Chase points for $842, flight now showing $788 through this link.
Any way to cancel and re-book, even if only to get a credit for future flights?

And it’s not basic economy.
And it doesn’t require a Saturday stay.

When I try to book for 1 passenger it gives me a lower price than when booking for more than 1 at a time (for my family to travel together). Does make sense?

i booked two flights just to make sure i got the right dates thinking i will cancel later in the day after i confirm the dates. later on i called the google listed elal phone number (cause for some reason no US number is listed on their website and they do not respond on whatsapp), i finally managed to get someone on the phone who said cancelation is $250 until i insisted its within 24 hours and it should be free, they finally agreed to cancel it and then sent me a sketchy looking email saying my booking is canceled and refund will arrive in 30-45 business days. the email did look legit coming from ServiceUSA@elal.co.il but idk, something feels off maybe spoofed phone number and email.
