What is this used for
I’ve used this since seeing it on Shark Tank, life changing!

@Alex: if you must ask you obviously are not reading this in the bathroom. the squatty potty is the best thing since sliced bread in regards to taking a dump!
It’s supposed to be a healthier way to have a bowel movement. The idea is that in most other countries, they squat when they poop, so this is a way to reproduce the squat while using a regular toilet bowl
I have also been using one of these since I saw it on Shark Tank. Anyone with gastro issues should definitely check it out.

@Yitzy – Your preparation H comment isn’t really accurate. Using these wrong can actually make you need preparation H (according to my friend’s doctor).
how do i decide which size to get
I know it says based on your height and how limber you are, but I think the height of your toilet makes the biggest difference.

If it were for me, and I had a comfort height toilet, I would get the 9″ no matter who was using it.
