did you ever see this for cheaper and is this the best one
Maybe a good price but you CANT use it for a 5 pd bag of flour to make challah ! You will burn out the motor ! I learned the hard way

My wife makes a 5 pound bag with a Kitchenaid pro every week. No issues 7+ years later.
Just add the ingredients in slowly when you mix.
