I booked a flight for my wife and myself..from Mon-Thursday ( landing back Friday afternoon)..for 420 each. then I started doing research about Hawaii..I saw that according to many poskim you have to view Thursday night/Friday as a “sofaik” shabbos, and shouldn’t do any melochos d’oraisa..Thankfully the next morning I was able to cancel the trip for a full refund.
So heads up before booking your trip.
It seems the only times you can go with this flight is a Sun-Wed trip, without having any halachic issues.
