I ordered the Wolf and Lamb $25 Gift cert. I purchased 3 of them and was planing on using them for one seating. After i purchased them you finally get to see that the terms, one
cert per month and it’s only for the Manhattan location (i wanted to try the new brooklyn location).
I extremely unsatisfied and feel taken advantage of.
I therefore will be disputing this with Amex and reporting it to the better business beuro. IF THERE ARE RESTRICTIONS THEY NEED TO BE LISTED BEFORE PURCHASE.
Dan we rely on you to make sure the deals are legit.

Did you miss on the page that opens when you click the link. 1. It never mentioned Flatbush and 2. Did you call the phone number??? How can you call a deal not legit if you expected it to be something it never claimed to be? That being said they should show the full T&C on the front page. You should complain to restaurant.com or W&L about that. You expect Dan to purchase every deal he offers and check to see if maybe someone would think the deal means one thing (even though there is no indication of that) and take down a deal because it doesn’t meet one guys desired results? Sorry for the rant but seriously man be a little appreciative if at least not accusatory.

Update, Restaurant.com is refunding me for the full amount.

The main reason i purchase items from Dan deals, i rely on him for legitimacy. I never had an issue is the past and hope it continues as so in the future. They told me that it’s listed in the term and conditions (3 pages long) lets be real who’s reading it prior to purchase. The terms, Manhattan location only and one cert per month should be listed on the main page. That’s what you call trickery and non-disclosure. In my business the Gov’t has set up that all terms need to be listed in plain site.
