Rumors are that “B&H Photo” and “Adorama” (- both located in NYC) will be carrying them IN STORE ONLY for the discounted price, sometime between 3-7 days.
You can also see that HP at their Home and Home Office online department (see link below) states “coming soon” on both; the 32gb for 149 and 16gb for 99.

Just bought 1 16gb at b&h in NYC. They had like 200 of each (16gb & 32gb) in stock. They began selling it for the discounted prices (99.95 and 149.95) at 11:00 AM and at 11:45 they were SOLD OUT… I was lucky enough to grab literally the LAST piece!
You could see people running on the surrounding streets and rushing into the stores only to find out that stock is gone.. Was kinda sad to see their faces…
However, There is some hope folks.. According to some sources, they will get more on Monday or Tuesday so be keep an eye..
I’d assume Adorama (NYC) and other electronic stores throughout the nation will carry them too.. But stock will be limited so keep your eyes on the crystal ball..
