This is a new one. You can get 100 miles every time there is a new one!
I’ve done these twice before and never received the miles

The miles come, they just take a very very long time to post!
You will only get the miles if you have a Continental credit/debit card.

@Dan: I have a Continental Chase card. I did a couple of these offers months ago, and when you posted this I checked if I’d ever gotten them. Checked online and over the phone. Was told that there was no record of my having done them.
