Shipped but ups shows 1.9 lbs seems to be like that Walmart deal where they sent one sleeve. Amazon says 8.5 lbs

Placed an order for 2 of these (total 6000 cups) which shipped in 2 separate boxes, and was delivered today. However, I only received a sleeve of 100 cups in each box, and each box was big enough to hold the full 3,000+. Anybody else receive theirs like this?

I just received my package. Only 1 sleeve of 100 cups. When I contacted Amazon they would only refund me not fulfill the original order. Oh well. Was worth a shot.
