The best I’ve seen on Amazon is $0.266/oz (for Purell Advanced). This is just about half that. Sometimes Staples has amazing prices on refills.

Just got my shipment of Amazon…I received one, not twelve. Chatting with them now. Last time this happened–with the Clean&Clear wipes, Amazon told to take a long walk off a short pier.
This time, they are offering to send a case of 12 and I keep the one. We’ll see if this time they don’t screw it up….I’m predicting another box of one. So I’ll have to do this 10 more times.

Just looked at the UPS shipment for my order, which is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Weight of the shipment is 1.2 lbs. Obviously that reflects a single item with packaging. A dozen should weigh at least a minimum of seven pounds with packaging.

I had ordered two (2) 12 packs of the purell. I just checked my tracking on UPS; total weight = 1.7 lbs. Looks like they shipped two bottles, not 24.
Got one bottle instead of 12. Amazon gave me a full refund.

As I suggested above, UPS did deliver a single bottle. Customer service volunteered to refund the order, and I asked them to please extend my Prime for a month due to the inconvenience of having to reach out to them. The very cordial (US based) rep did so without any hesitation.
Ordered 1 case… 1 single arrived today. Amazon said sorry, too bad. Kept it and got a refund.
Got the box today with only 1 8 oz bottle. I thought I was going crazy.
Called customer care and got a full refund.

I ordered 50 packs of 12 got only 50 bottles. They refunded me the whole order plus gave me a $50 amazon credit and let me keep the 50 bottles I got for free
I just received mine, and my 2 doz was 2 eaches. I called them up, and they said they can NOT re-order it, (item is out of stock from Amazon) their system wont let them. they are refunding me the cost of the 2 doz I ordered, but should keep the 2 I received. after hemmmin and hawing with the rep on the phone, she offered to extend my prime membership by a month.
