Marriott normally offers 5 points per dollar for booking Homes & Villas by Marriott, or more for Bonvoy elites.
Plus, Marriott Bonvoy elites can register via the link above and then book a 2+ night paid stay between 5/5-5/11 and stay between 6/1-1/4/26 to earn 40,000 bonus Bonvoy points on top of that!
The stay must cost at least $1,500 USD (or foreign currency equivalent) to earn the 40K bonus points.
This promotion is only available for Marriott Bonvoy Members with Silver, Gold, Platinum, Titanium or Ambassador Elite status.
You do earn elite night credit on stays, though you won’t earn lifetime night credit.
Charges on Marriott cards earn the same bonus rate as at Marriott hotels.
