So annoying! I signed up for the free book back in October. I ordered mine yesterday but their website was acting up so I had to redo it today and of course the promo for my free book was gone!

These deals are great and I always appreciate getting the info, but, as you’ve read before on some of the deals, posting late makes it tough to get some of these;
this one posted at 6:50pm so the window of opportunity was small…..

@Dan/Ctownbochur: That’s exactly what I did. The rep was unable to reinstate the FamilyFinder promo so she offered a courtesy free 8×8 book which I see posted in my account with expiration extended through Jan 2010
