You can register all of your primary and secondary AMEX cards on Twitter to save $10 on each card, it just entails either: Unsyncing and resyncing cards via this link or making a Twitter account for each card.

If you do unsync and resync multiple cards on the same Twitter account you must change the tweet slightly each time like:
#AmexUber
#AmexUber 1
#
AmexUber 2
And so on.

When resyncing there is no need to fill out your billing address, just fill out the first half of the form with your name, email, and your credit card number.  You can skip the optional fields asking for your billing address, card expiration, and the 4 digit code.  You can use the same email address for all of your cards.

Forgot which card you registered? Just unsync and resync.

Just remember to change your credit card on file with Uber to take advantage of $10 off each card that you have!

Uber offers luxury car service via UberBLACK, affordable rides in clean cars at rates lower than taxis in most cities via UberX, rides for the whole family in luxury vehicles via uberSUV, and rides in smaller SUVs via UberXL. They also offer uberT which allows you to hail a taxi from your phone, but you can’t use credit for that.  UberFamily are UberX cars that also come equipped with a carseat.

You can also opt into future UberFamily free ride promos as described here.

You can hail a ride via the uber app from anywhere across hundreds of cities worldwide, but they’re really great at the airport where you can skip the long taxi line and get straight into your private ride. When you request a car you’ll get an ETA along with the name, number, and picture of your driver and you can meetup wherever is convenient for you. It takes all of 1 minute to have an UberX car waiting for you at an airport as opposed to waiting half an hour in line for a smelly taxi.

Tax and tip is included in all fares. You do not pay the driver anything in cash. Rides are charged to your account promotion and then to your credit card on file when you first open your uber account.

Several credit cards gives bonus points for using Uber:
-Chase Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card® Card earns 2-2.14 points per dollar.
The Amex EveryDay Credit Card from American Express earns 2.4 points per dollar (assuming you have 20 total card transactions that month)
The Amex EveryDay Preferred Credit Card from American Express earns 3 points per dollar (assuming you have 30 total card transactions that month)
American Express® Premier Rewards Gold Card earns 2 points per dollar.
Platinum Card® from American Express earns 2 points per dollar.
