Update: Just to make sure that the deal works I went ahead and booked a $0.00 ticket from Ft. Lauderdale to Orlando. I got a receipt and a confirmation number showing the $0 total cost! Now we just have to wait and see if Spirit finds a way to weasel out of honoring the tickets…
