Horrible/non existent customer service. You can wait weeks to get items and most manufacturer (such as Victornix) won’t honor warranty when bought from them. (Personal experiences)

I would agree with Mark they don’t provide the manufacture warranty so when there is an issue with any watch you are NOT covered by the manufacture & their warranty is extremely LIMITED
