Luvs Diapers on Amazon will always be cheaper
Pampers are a Premium brand over Luvs and Huggies. Pampers is generally more expensive for that reason.
Won’t let me order more than once (even without trying to use the giftcard from prior order)

Steps 2 and 3 can be reversed. Both pull-downs show all options that don’t correspond to the then-current selection in the other pull-down as “Not Available.” It’s just easier to remember the size you want than how many of each size are in a package.
Also, what’s “Economy Plus” in diapers? If they have extra legroom, wouldn’t that make them leak? š
