The kids can’t have accounts. Minimum age is 18. So yes, an adult makes an account for the family and can bring all the children of the family.
Parent makes one account and it’s good for as many kids you bring with you

What if my age is higher than the price of the furry friend I want to purchase?
On July 12 only, none of our U.S./Canada in-store Guests will be a day over 29 years old—meaning that no matter their age, Guests will pay no more than $29 USD / $29 CAD (plus tax) for any furry friend in stock in the store. A Guest who is 40 years old, for example, will only pay $29 for a furry friend valued at $35.

My wife went with the kids and the line was so long she couldn’t see the store. They eventually came out saying they ran out of product and that they are closing.
We got a $15 voucher per kid because we waited 20 min. Not bad I doubt they’re still giving vouchers – unless they want to go bankrupt lol

They have cancelled this event due to incredibly long lines. The police asked them to stop the event.
Was anyone successful in getting a rain check or other compensation by continuing to wait on line, emailing or calling customer service?
I couldn’t reach customer service. Tried calling multiple times. Will email and call local store.
They’re giving a $15 voucher to anybody who logs into their account by July 15 and screenshots the voucher. To use it you have to print it and bring it to the store, until Aug. 31. This is designed as compensation for the fact that they had to close the promotion early.
I’m a bit surprised the voucher isn’t higher- since the regular cost is $35, assuming average age is 5 years old… voucher should have been closer to $30. Unless I’m missing something?
