@Saul: talk to all the people who were fed the line that the offer ended a day before and they wouldn’t honor the voucher.owner said to “take it up with dealfind;they messed up not me”.
so you’d think owner who was trying to get business out of the voucher would honor but instead left a bad taste in countless people’s mouth. I heard in the end from someone there that so many people walked in the last day of the offer trying to use the coupon that he eventually capitulated and honored for some. I ,however was treated poorly and question the kashrus of anyone so ethically challenged. while I know the voucher is still worth what I paid for it, I would not step in there again.

Be very careful with the way you talk about other peoples parnassa and business. Obviously if he is making a coupon he isn’t making much and the profit is not much as well. I have personally been there many times and love the food and ambiance. To very freely just spew your mouth and start talking bad about the owner as well as the kashrus especially when he has a good hechsher is out rightly hurting his business beside for the lashon hara aspect. We will all be judged after we pass away, watch your words very wisely.

Josh

I can assure you that my words were very carefully chosen and would remind you that eating in someone’s restaurant is liking eating in their house. Furthermore, I highly doubt that the shayla on mamanos that he was paskening for each customer was brought to the Rav Hamachshir before he formulated his “policy” on the matter. Additionally, the profit on a coupon deal is not germaine to the matter, unless it is your position that he acted based on the notion that He wasn’t making money on them so he could be excused for his lapse……. That might be plausable; but then why would any business ever do a coupon deal unless they clearly understood that the strategy was to whoo potential new customers at little or no profit this time for future business opportunities ?

Michele

Are these coupons good only if you eat at the restaurant or can they also be used for takeout? Do they have an expiration date?

Kevin R.

Bistro 1310 gave me a hard time too trying to redeem my certificate even before the expiration date.
I’ll never go back there.

Mark

@Dan, How do i go about purchasing this menu? Is this a coupon that i purchase online or just call and make reseration for DINE IN BROOKLYN ?? I dont see any info other than to call and just reserve.

Saul

@Mark and @Michelle – there are no coupons. Some places have published their menu, some have not. Call up the restaurant you are interested in and ask them about reservations and what exactly is on the menu.
