I was at Sushiko in LA today and they did not accept the certificate – they said they dont know why its listed – they don’t accept it.
the prices were high – service low

Boruch

They expire after 12 months.

buchur

thanks dan the pitts buchurim thank you

Boruch

Me too. I had no problems at sushiko. What I do is wait till after the meal, and only then do I let them know that I’m paying with certificates. If they don’t like they didnt have to advertise it. I would throw down the certificates with the leftover balance, and leave whether they like it or not. If they throw a fit, they look like the idiots, for advertising and selling Gift Certficates, and then not honoring them. It would be to their detriment if they throw a fit, as the customers will look at them negatively and not at the customer using their gift certificates.

Having said that, I really loved that place 4.5 out of five stars.
