Pay With Paypal And Get Free Return Shipping On Your Online Purchases
This program has been around for a few years, but it’s good to have a reminder every now and then.
If you have a US Paypal account and use Paypal to checkout from any online store you can get free return shipping if you don’t like the item. You can pay with any credit card via Paypal. Sites like Home Depot, eBay, Wayfair, and Walmart have Paypal checkout options.
The refund will work even if you have to return your item to an international seller.

For 2018 you can return up to 12 orders, with a cap of $30 in return shipping refunds per order. You can get a refund by sending Paypal a picture of the cost to return the item. It will work if you pay for shipping or if the store deducts a return shipping fee.
You have 150 days to return an item and 30 days to request a refund from Paypal after the item is returned.

Just keep in mind that when filling a dispute or any other issue PayPal has terrible customer service.
You don’t need to file a dispute with Paypal. You can dispute with your credit card as normal.

anyone have luck getting paypal to refund the 2.9 percent fee? by asking for a one time courtesy refund? i sell alot of things on ebay and its har to swallow that 2.9 every time you sell through the goods and services any way that the reps at paypal do a one time courtesy? like ebay that sometimes refudns youf full 10 percent if you ask nicely

Thank you so much for this timely reminder. I was literally just about to return something and the shipping fees would have been $30. I remember seeing one of these posts last year but couldn’t remember the details and couldn’t find it. Was literally on the way to UPS Store
Wasn’t expecting the HT, but thanks! Worth noting in main post that you only need to enroll before requesting the refund request. It’s OK if u enrolled after buying or returning based on what I’m reading in the terms.

I used it about a year ago. Not worth the hassle. It had terrible reviews online. It is an international service that works through PayPal. When I called PayPal they just connect me to this international company. After Months of not getting my refund I called and emailed Paypal Customer service many times until finally they refunded it. If you do not keep bothering them about it, the return shipping will not be refunded.

The “free return shipping” with PayPal is a real hassle for sure….almost not worth it unless you have lot of shipping expense.

all you guys comlaining that its a hassle or just doesnt work , im not sure what you are doing wrong but i use it all the time . 90% of the time im refunded within 2-3 days the rest of the time takes about a week
