Yeah, I don’t want to just get a PC just for that game. Really wish they would release it on the Xbox Platform!
There’s no way, no console is powerful enough, right now you need a computer that’s at least $1500 to play it properly. Unfortunately the available videocards are all sold out, so you’ll have to spend double the amount for an older one that’s just as powerful, not worth it right now.

3 hours later they canceled my order
I got one at 12:00PM as well that’s supposed to be delivered today but got a delayed notification. I am guessing I’ll be canceled shortly.
