Bingo has the mixer for 299
They had a minimal amount (considering they type of traffic the generate) in the Boro Park store that opens at 10 in the morning they were actually sold out by 10:03 basically it was just a way to get you into their Store!

There are actually 2 different stainless bowls for the Bosch. One is MUZ6ER1 and the other is MUZ6ER2. The ER1 is larger because it doesn’t have the center column like the plastic and the Stainless ER2 bowls have. This bowl from Wayfair is the ER2 it is the same size the plastic bowl that comes with the mixer. (The smaller bowls, both the plastic and the stainless; do not have the capacity of the bigger ER1 bowl and basically defeats the purpose of buying the expensive Stainless bowl!)
The Stainless Steel Bowl is the Challah Bowl. So even if its not bigger, it’s still good for Challah
I use the plastic bowl for Challah. No issues!
The reason most people buy the Stainless bowl is because they want to make a 6 pound batch of Challah at once, if you are not looking to make 6 pounds then you can use the smaller plastic bowl that comes with the machine for the same results as the smaller Stainless bowl
