Got a cancelation email without any details. The subject is Your Order Was Canceled and there’s no information in the body of the email. Very weird. Hard for them to even claim this was a price mistake when the site clearly advertised things as 95% off. Was this a scam?

Can anyone explain what happened here with the cancellation of the orders? I was so excited and looking forward to my order. Should I be worried about my CC info?
I also received a cancellation due to “fraud” – but my paypal was billed and paid them for the order anyway. I filed a complaint with paypal and I included a screenshot of my cancellation email. Received an immediate refund from paypal. Hope that helps.
How do I do this from the PayPal app? Or do I need to use a computer?
I did it on my laptop – but if they have the dispute function on the app, use that. I have a feeling they are aware of the issue because the response was immediate. Good Luck!

I got 1 cancelation email.
I made 3 orders via PayPal. all charges posted
I paid with PayPal and requested a full refund the seller did not give me all the money back. There was no justification, but PayPal is giving me the difference. This company is a scam.
I just reached out to them, after receiving the cancelation email.
They said the orders have not been canceled, they are just very backlogged with shipping due to the large amount of orders and I can expect it to be shipped next week.

Original pending charge fell off my account, but after receiving email yesterday a new charge was on my account.
I got the email too. My first reaction was that DansDeals was acknowledged as a “major online publication”… I personally think it looks legit. It was obviously not a price mistake or glitch, it was just a sale that they didn’t expect that many people to take advantage of. They ultimately made the decision to not burn their credibility over this.

Same. I did it through PayPal and didn’t get any email correspondence from the company. I do though have the order number from the message that came up right after I placed the order and from there I can check my order status (which has been saying being processed – not shipped all along).

This is not a scam. I received 4 pillows already (my first order) and another 4 pillows should be delivered tomorrow. It is taking them time to fulfill the orders – mine were placed about 5 minutes apart and there is a big gap in shipping. Think about the amount of dansdeals readers that ordered stuff every second… give it time and I think you will receive your stuff. For me, I paid about $15 for 8 high quality beautyrest pillows. I can’t complain. I can only thank dansdeals for the great work they do….

It is outrageous. Out of a full order, they delivered only 2 pillow covers, while charging my card the full amount. I tried emailing and writing them as well on their website, no responses at all. Finally I called them & they said they don’t have anymore of the items in stock, so they’re going to cancel the rest of the order. This, after they sent me an email a month ago that they canceled the order, followed by another email that they decided not to cancel.
I told them now it is not OK to have charged my card while never shipping the full order, but added that I’ll be satisfied at this point if they just refund the full order immediately. They promised to do, then sent me an email confirming refund of only part of the charge while still charging for the 2 pillow covers that I’d never order without the full rest of the order.
Did anyone actually receive their shipment? They charged my card but no shipment yet.
