Update: Order says on hold messaged them and got the following reply
“Thank you for your patience. While I can confirm that your Weber Genesis E-325 Gas Grill order is currently not shipped, the system does not specify the exact reason for the hold. Sometimes, orders may be delayed due to inventory checks, payment verification, or other processing requirements. I have went ahead and raised the ticket to remove the hold. Please allow 24-48 hours. The hold will be removed.“

I suspect you cannot. You’d have to ask someone with a membership to show or tell you.
The hold is for negative revenue, they told me it wont cancel it just needs manual review. It will confirm within 96h bc of the weekend
