if you get/need this type of AC, make sure to get the dual hose system as this one offers. The AC sucks in air to “condition” and blows out hot air. If you only have one hose guess what functions your one hose performs. Yup, sucks in hot out and blows out hot air.

Yup. Lowe’s just cancelled my order, 30 hours after accepting it. No explanation at all. Worse, they tell you to call their c/s line for help, but when you do there’s a 45 minute wait to talk to a rep. Not a great way to treat customers, is it?
After trouble checking out, useless chat assistant, and 45 futile minutes on hold with customer service, finally checked out by creating Lowe’s account. Two days later, a cancellation notice from Lowe’s.

Lowes accepted my order and UNILATERALLY (I did not request a cancellation) they simply cancelled the order WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION. I think such an action is beneath contempt – talk about honoring your offers. I intend to ignore Lowes offers, even those presented on this great website, in the future.
