if you have the citi banking and premier you cant transfer the points earned from banking into miles? btw i have heard someone who got the citigold bonus without having the required amount of money needed in his account. also, if you dont mind adding to your post this might be a way to use citi premier points earned thru “courtesy adjustments” which are non transferable into points i think
Why does my account say that a $25 Apple GC is normally 3500 points and discounted to 2800 now? I thought it was 2000 now?!???
ThankYou points is a horrible disaster … their website stinks and doesn’t work right.
I converted a bunch of points (about 150,000) so I could use them on the sale today. AND I was chatting with a representative WHILE converting them. He said they will convert in 2 hours, and he even said he would put a note into my account. Now a few hours later I am chatting with someone else and he says it could take 24-48 hours!!!!!
