Once you add the $5 promo to your app it will never expire I beleive. It only expires if you dont add it by 1/31/22.
Also chase has 10% off Dunkin offers so this is 35% off combined. You can do it a few times.

Actually does not let you do multiple with same email address. When press “purchase”, it warns you that the promo has already been used and asks if you still want to order or if you want to edit cart.
Opened incognito with new email address (all other info and CC the same) and got it.
Don’t know if a dot in the email would do it or not.

I don’t have the offer on my card so can’t confirm but would that offer work for this? If the offer is for Dunkin then possible this would not qualify as these transactions are Cashstar, it’s not the same as buying something at Dunkin in-store or even Gift Card reload in the app.
I don’t think all chase cards have the offer. I just checked mine – chase sapphire preferred and I didn’t have it. But thanks.
