Do you need internet to connect this to a laptop wirelessly?

Will only work on desktop and may not work with Chrome browser. I used Firefox and it worked. 1 Printer on the way
I have the printer. Works well and there are cheap third party toners. However, there is no AirPrint, and none of the printing apps work with it, so it’s a real pain to get docs off the phone. Also wireless connection often is lost after it goes to sleep and you have to cycle the printer and sometimes reboot the router to reconnect the laptop. I’ve seen this issue reported in many other reviews. As a color laser printer for my pc, hooked up via cable it’s great. I actually have a cheap inkjet set up just for those times that I have to print off the phone, or the laptop connection is giving me trouble. Overall, works for my needs….
Just got one – thanks Dan! It’s about $120 on Amazon so not really a $165 discount but still a good deal. Small footprint is a HUGE positive. Reviews on Amazon generally good except (1) not auto duplex, (2) only good for plain paper, not the thicker card stock. Neither is a deal breaker for me. At $0.40-$1.00 per color page in a print shop, this will repay itself in no time. Thanks Dan!
