Is this a good deal? Good computer? Fast (for regular use)?
I’m not a big maivin in computers, if anybody can give some advice. Tnx

This is a 7th Gen i7 U processor, Currently there is a 10th Gen i7 U processor. There have been a quote a few changes to make a difference in daily battery life and more in the 9th and 10th Gen. Pcworld has some articles on comparison. Would wait for Black Friday and later to see 8th or 9th Gen prices.

How does it compare to the HP deal of last week? Better, same or less of a deal?

shoot. i bought that HP deal last week. seems pretty comparable in specs but this costs $140 less. only difference I see is that HP is 8th Gen Core i7 processor, and this Dell is 7th Gen Core i7 processor. I don’t much about the difference, if anyone can tell us with 7th and 8th Gen compare?

The HP also had double the RAM.

You can add RAM by yourself. an 8gb RAM costs just about $30.

Both are better than a quantum processor. 8th gen is better than 7th though you’d have to be a very big resource user to appreciate the difference.

Pretty sure the HP was SSD.

Thanks! In for 1

looks like deal is dead!

I would advise getting any computer with a solid state drive. This does not have one. You could upgrade it yourself but then not such a great deal.

price I see is $749

Try a different browser. It came up up 749 on my computer but 329 on my iPad. I just bought 2.

It seems it is back-lit
Laptop Display Type

also you can always upgrade the memory if needed
Expandable Memory (GB)

Does it bend 180?

The 8th gen i7 is a lot better then the 7th gen. the 7th gen a 2 core 4 threads while the 8th gen is a 4 core 8 threads.. google any the difference between them.. and wait till black Friday
