you need to look at the specs. On apple.com, it’s $1299 for 128GB SSD drive, $1499 for 256GB and 512GB and faster CPU for $1799. you are getting $1499 256GB version for $1299 on ebay.
For what it’s worth, I contacted the seller and was assured that this product comes with its full one year warranty out of the box- just like any other apple product would.
