New means new.
I don’t see full warranty. Seems to be 90 days. Has Happened with groupon selling open box.
Also, good price if new but it’s for mini version 1 (not 2. Obviously not 🙂

Misread note on groupon for this. Not Apple warranty but new in Apple box. Per site q&a.

Hi Dan, thanks for this deal! I ordered this on Friday and I got an immediate confirmation email. However, I received no further emails or tracking info. I’m surprised and a little worried. Any link to how I can follow up?
I was checking the tracking on GroupOn account on the iPad mini and received this message
“We messed up. We didn’t have enough inventory to send you the product you ordered—we’re so sorry for failing to deliver. We’ve canceled your shipment, and are automatically issuing a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow three business days for the refund to process—you’ll receive an email after your refund is issued.”
I haven’t go any email about this. I bought this June 22nd. The iPad mini is still being advertised. How can they sell this when they don’t have the inventory.
