Same thing. Email said it was canceled but status page says shipped, however, there is no tracking number. Instead Verizon status page says, “Tracking number Check your email for the tracking details.” I guess I’ll see if an unexpected delivery comes over the next few days.

I was billed by Verizon for the full amount and they never shipped this haha, I just noticed the charge on my statement will get it refunded/removed
I ended up calling Verizon last week and telling them my order was cancelled without explanation and asking if they could resubmit my order for the sale price. It took a few calls but I received them today for 130+tax
Some hard work paid off for me on this one. Same situation as everyone else- Verizon cancelled the order without explanation. Over the last month and a half, I’ve spent 7 hours on 5+ phone calls with 15+ different reps at Verizon, and I finally got someone who honored the original price. If you try the same, note that the order number in the confirmation email is too long for their system. But the order number in the cancellation email is the right length. I called 877-690-2970. Advice for anyone who has the stamina: the reps do not know that they are able to give the discount. The one who made it happen asked her supervisor, who happened to be walking by at that moment. They had to run it by the supervisor’s manager to get the approval. To my amazement, they did call me back at the scheduled time and placed the order for the $120 earbuds (a $180 discount). Good luck!
