I purchased this right at 11 on the 31st, but Dell delayed processing the transaction, apparently, and it only appears on my card on Sept. 1. So did Dell screw me out of the 10%?
I believe the 10% was triggered by the authorization date, not the post date. did you get the points? your bigger issue is the $200 dell credit goes by post date, so you likely used your credit from the second half of 2020, and lost your $200 from the beginning of the year.
$200 from the first half of the year runs from January through June 30th.
