Moshe

Please can you post more ideas for the airline credit

Dan

Tickets under $100?

Mark

Oy. At this point, I’m already considering at a lost cause. I still have $40 or so left and can’t think of any way to use it. I miss the old ways. It’s also making me dislike Amex, certainly compared to Chase (who makes their travel credit *SO* easy to use).

Isaac

Does buying a Gift card trigger the credit?

Dan

No

Mark

I wouldn’t recommend doing this while Amex is in clawback mode.

Yank

This clawback is of the whole credit or the “profit”?

Sam

Hi Dan,

What are the most recent qualifying purchases for the airline credit? Thanks.

genius

aaron

Got the Bose wireless earbuds! Even if the 10% gets clawed back (which it did when I got a speaker last time) I think they’re still worth $7.
Thanks Dan!

Josh

Enrolled immediately after purchase, will I get the credit?
Thanks

Zack

Is their a way to see if I already used the credit?

jess

Will the Dell Amex Business Platnium Credit still post if we check out with Paypal checkout and then select the Amex business Platnium card?

Nate nate

Why risk it? Or try it and tell everyone else what happens.

Ben

Ordered two Bose SoundSport Wireless Earphones for $99 each. One on my card and one my wife’s card. With tax it’s $107 but after the 10% discount these are completely free.
Thanks for the reminder Dan! If we’re paying $595 annual fee, might as well take all the benefits we can get!

Joe

The clawback is of the whole 10% credit or only the profit?

Dan

Profit only

Mendy

Dan, you did it! Ever the following you’ve got. The MX Master 3 Wireless Mouse is now “Temporarily out of stock”

Ali

Can someone PLEASE tell me how long it takes for the 10% Dell credit to show up? I didn’t get the “Great news” email like I normally do. Since it was a pricematch, I had to call in and now I am worried I will not get the 10%, the charge has posted to my account already.

Ali

Finally… the credit showed up today. I was losing sleep over it because it was a $1900 purchase. FYI, it took over 3 days to show up.
