All my Samsung screen replacements have included a new battery (one S8+, two Note 9+). Battery is part of the front screen unit.

This could be a cheap battery replacement with same or next day service via uBreak if Samsung’s if they are still authorized branded replacement location.

I have noticed that over the past few months that my Note10+ battery life is about 75% of what it was, yet I can’t really complain after two years.

I digress, $99 might be a cheap battery replacement if you want to hold on to your device for another year or two or as a backup/hand me down.

Does this promotion include the NOTE 10 +? I was just a bit confused with the wording of it at the end, specifically: “all Galaxy S and Galaxy Note models prior to S8”.

Maybe the cracked screen is a sign to throw out your Samsung and get an iPhone.

Do you really want to be that 1 guy who causes a 10 person iMessage to turn into an SMS text?!?

when I try to do the replacement for a Note 10+ it says the $99 is only the screen. there’s a different service option for about $300 that includes screen/LCD/Battery. Does fixing the “screen only” fix a damaged LCD at the same time?

Has anyone done it? How long is the process?

I did it and am supposed to return to my unit tomorrow. It took about a week for the entire process.

Thank you, was waiting for this!

Please note and correct the text – officially it does not cover the S8 in this years’ promotion. However I found that they are still subsidizing the S8 for $69.99 which is still a bargain.

If there is a small crack on the back screen as well do they:
a) fix the front for the $50 and possibly they throw in back fix for free as well
b) fix nothing since the back crack doesnt let them fix the front
c) fix just the front crack

Thank you for the update. My device fell down yesterday and my phone is already on the way to Samsung. Thank you DD

Is it worthwhile to have this when I have cell phone insurance from Freedom Flex?

Other Guy

Will they really factory reset the device to repair the screen? Do I really need to include the charger?!
