Not working for me. When I entered the code the total discount amount goes to 4.5%

The 4.5% is on top of the already discounted price.
We tried to purchase a $1900 target gift card; both under my account and my wifes last night and both went through and then both were canceled.
said “Thank you for being a valued CardCash customer. Unfortunately, we were unable to process your order. Your order has been flagged by our fraud systems as high risk. As a result, your order has been canceled and you have not been charged. Please note:
You may see a pending charge on your credit card. This is just an authorization and will fall off within a few days. ”
now the charge is still pending, locking up a significant amount of our credit.
